Good Work on week #3! I for one had a challenging week three. The newness and excitement of this competition is wearing off and stress crept into week three, along with a birthday in the family. This past week our home was listed on the market as we prepare for a move to Portland, OR and I made a triple layer Valhrona chocolate cake with Madagascar vanilla buttercream. Let's just say I've recommitted myself to a better week ahead.
