HOW DOES THIS ALL WORK

Welcome to the challenge.  I'm thrilled with the participation from all of you!  We are a diverse group of participants and I'm excited you're here with your competitive spirit and the desire to be healthy.

The rules are posted in the previous post.  Everyone should have received, via email, tracking sheets.  These sheets give you somewhere to keep track of your points.  Print them out and have them somewhere accessible.  Make sure you track when you use your freebies.

I will send out an email reminder each Monday morning that your weekly points are due.  You will report for me the points you earned the previous week.  There will be 700 points max per week.  If I receive your report before 9:00pm (eastern time) you will receive an extra freebie to be used in any category during the following week.  (Sorry, there are no extra freebies the first week of the competition other than the one in each category you already have. )  Once all reports have been received, I will post here how many points each contestant earned.

Also, I should throw in a disclaimer that you should consult with your doctor before beginning an exercise program.  Be smart about this people.  Don't overdo it.

You may choose to take a before picture if you'd like me to post your before and after shot.  Remember Monday is weigh in day!
