WEEK #5 RESULTS

I just have to say that I am impressed with your dedication to eating healthy and exercising.  I'm sure by now many of you are seeing results.  Those results most certainly could be weight loss or simply feeling healthier.

I was impressed with one contestant who told me this week that she had her first freebie, 1/2 piece of birthday cake.  She's still trying to decide if it was worth it.  I'm also impressed with another contestant who told me she's lost 54 pounds since October.  WOW!  I won't tell you how much of that she's lost in the last 5 weeks because that number is her secret weapon to winning this.

Keep up the good work.  Only three weeks left!
