THE RESULTS

You did it!  Eight weeks are over.  A lot can change in eight weeks. Eight weeks ago I had no idea that I’d be moving across country and the same day the challenge ended.  Also, eight weeks ago many of you were addicted to soda and were carrying around a few more pounds than you wanted to.  Not to mention, not drinking enough water.

I have been in awe as you have told me your success stories. Several pounds have been lost, healthier eating choices have been made, and workout endurance has been improved. Way to go everyone!  Thank you for allowing me to be a part of your successes.
